2. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, NOR DOES IT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
3. THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, SERVICES, OR PRODUCTS ACCESSIBLE THROUGH THE SERVICES.

2. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO THE COMPANY FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE THREE-MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.
3. THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY FAILURE TO PERFORM ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THESE TERMS DUE TO EVENTS BEYOND ITS REASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ACTS OF GOD, WAR, TERRORISM, RIOTS, GOVERNMENTAL ACTIONS, OR INTERNET OUTAGES.

2. In the event of service termination, the Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you in advance and, where applicable, assist you in exporting your data from the Services.
The Company may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify you via email or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Services following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
